We are inclined to administer our shipping to the best advantage to our customer possible. Under current circumstances, we are attempting to keep our prices as much in line with UPS standards as possible. Our UPS Ground Shipping rates as follows:
$0.01 to $29.99 is $6.95
$30.00 to $59.99 is $8.95
$60.00 to $99.99 is $9.95
$100.00 to $149.99 is $12.95
$150.00 to $199.99 is $14.95

All Full Price orders of $200 or more will be FREE U.S. Ground Shipping.

We also offer 3-Day Select Service at $22.95 and 2nd Day Air at $32.95

At our discretion, we may ship selected orders via United Postal Service as an optional method.

We will continue to adjust these to match UPS fuel surcharge rates and assume with you the next changes will be downward.

Returns and Exchanges
WestCoastGolfOnline.com is committed to customer satisfaction. We are 100% committed to making your transaction with us as pleasurable as possible. If for some reason you need to return or exchange a product please contact us by e-mail or by calling 1-888-278-1007 to receive a return authorization.



Return authorization is required from WestCoastGolfOnline.com for all returned merchandise. We cannot accept returns on used clubs or special order merchandise. Unused items can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of the purchase. All refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee [fee varies with Manufacturer]. Closeouts, custom orders or demo items are not available for return.



In order to return golf equipment for exchange or refund, the equipment must be in new and unused condition. If you have hit the clubs at the range, the course, backyard, etc. it is no longer new and is not returnable. To send back new equipment or merchandise, call or e-mail to obtain your return authorization, make a copy of your original invoice and include a note with any pertinent information we need to know; i.e. exchange for different type of club, different flex, or different model. If you cannot locate your original invoice, then please just make a note. Also, include your daytime telephone number and your evening number in case we have any problems with the availability, so we will be able to contact you. Cancellation Policy
It is the customers responsibility to cancel an order before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it will be treated as a return and the above Return Policy applies. To cancel an order you must CALL our service department. E-mails are not accepted for cancellations. If a customer refuses delivery of an order, shipping and return fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Pricing Errors
We have had customers call us with questions about unusual prices on some of our items. This is a rare occurrance but with the number of items we have for sale and the frequency that prices are changing, we are prone to missing a digit occassionally. So if you see a Datrek golf bag for $17.99, we are not capable of selling you a dozen at that price. With this said we do reserve the right to inform you of any gross pricing errors and will change your order to the corrected price or allow you to cancel the order. Equally, if you have purchased an item by mistake, we will work with you to correct the order or refund your money. We want you as a customer and want to treat you fairly as well.
